  1. Property tax comprising House, conservancy, water and lighting -
ANNUAL RENTAL VALUE HOUSE TAX CONSERVANCY TAX WATER TAX LIGHTING TAX
UPTO Rs.3000/- 8% 6% 4% 4%
Rs.3001 to Rs.6000/- 9% 7% 5% 5%
Rs.6001 to Rs.10000/- 12% 8% 5% 5%
Rs.10001 to Rs.15000/- 13% 9% 6% 6%
Rs.15001 and above 16% 10% 6% 7%
 
  1. Trade & Profession Tax -

Different slabs from Rs.2/- to Rs.200/- as per trade.
