Water Supply Cantonment Board has provided two Pump Houses for supply of water in Civil area. Water is being supplied from this Pump House from Deep Tubewell and also Filtered water. In Bungalow area water is supplied by the MES. Cantonment Board shall supply filtered water very soon to all civil population after taking bulk supply from Indira Gandhi Water Treatment Plant through Cantonment Board's own pipelines and reservoir. PROCESS FOR OBTAINING WATER CONNECTION WHO SHALL BE GIVEN WATER CONNECTION Application forms may be purchased from the Cantonment Board Office PWD Section on payment of prescribed charges on all working days between 10.00 hours to 13.00 hours. Information with regard to submission of requisite fees/ charges for water connection is given within 1 month as per availability of resources and if the applications are in order. The water connections shall be granted to the applicant within 7 days after receiving the payment on account of connection charges. Complaints regarding leakage/damages of water supply lines are attended within 48 hours from receipt of complaints/deposition of requisite fees/ charges etc. Repairs of hand pumps are attended within 24 hours on availability of spare parts in the stores.    Citizens Responsibilities>>
