Water Supply Citizens Responsibilities Citizens should not install on line booster/ tullu pumps else they may be penalized under the provisions of Cantonment Act, 2006. Citizens should replace the rusted / leaking service pipelines immediately to avoid contamination and proper pressure in the line. Defective bib cocks etc. should be replaced immediately to avoid the wastage of water. They should turn off the bib cocks just after getting sufficient quantity of water during supply period.
