Birth/Death Registration Citizens Responsibilities Citizens are required to submit to the Cantonment Executive Officer, Barrackpore, the information regarding birth or death within the stipulated period as mentioned in the preceding paragraphs. Any contravention of the provisions of byelaws published by the Cantonment Board, Barrackpore with regard to registration of birth or death shall be punishable with fine as provided therein.
