- All inquiries including advice on deficiencies
in applications/ documents will be attended
across the table by the Sub-Asstt Engineer
- Building application forms will be supplied
on Payment by SAE (Cost of Rs.20/-)
- Building application dully filled in along
with plans and other papers will be received
by the Receiving Clerk
- Decision on building application for
sanction of building plan will be communicated
Minimum 30 days provided that everything
is in order. If it is not in order, the period
may extend upto any time till the fulfillment
of requirement the fulfillment of as per provision
of Cantonment Act and building byelaws.
- Validity of Sanction given for a Plan
1 year Extension can be given for two times
for one year each after expiry of Sanction
period of plan.
- Information on completion certificate/plans
will have to be communicated by the Applicant
As soon as the construction of building is
completed
- Manner of applying extension
If the construction is not completed within
sanction period, the applicant may apply for
another 1 year extension before expiry of
sanction period along with the copy of sanction
plan. Likewise, 2nd extension of time for
1 year may also be applied before expiry of
first extension.
